  It’s based on personal preference, but overall I’ve found hype to be more useful for act 7 and v3, but it’s up to you

  I haven't regretted my decision of r5 capiw yet even if he was only sig 90 at the time. His utility is almost unmatched. His damage output is so satiafying and bursty... such an amazing champ for all content of the game.
