Parry/ "well timed" block timing has been quirky forever. I feel it changes often. This may be because of frame drops, or lag or whatever, but it's never been consistent.
it constantly says Parry but does not stun them, and yes i know some opponents can be stun immune, but i’m talking about when they are not.
if you are fighting a champ like domino who can reduce your ability accuracy or someone like havok or yondu who you cannot parry some attacks it would happen as well.

Also if you’re fighting against another person’s mastery build. Assassin could be kicked in against someone. A lot of people forget about this one for some reason.
Not frequently but there are def some moments where I am sure I parried but the game lost an input frame, those are far between each other tho but are usually after big updates.
Yes, I've noticed that Parries trigger but do not stun more often than ever before. It seems like it happens 1 out of every 10 times and is extremely annoying. I don't think masteries or ability reductions has anything to do with it since I'm mostly playing the Event Quest AI and it happens against any random champ.
Nothing in this game has consistent timing tbh. Fight magneto 5 times in a row. His sp2 sometimes fires before his animation, with a half second delay, one time i even dodged back 4 times before it hit me because it was delayed for so long and when it happened, it was faster than poor Quicksilver who’ll never be added to the game.

Don't know about him, but I'm experiencing the same thing a lot lately. No AAR, no nodes. No masteries. Just normal EQ against champs like Iron Man, Black panther, Morningstar, etc.

Believe me when I say I’m far enough into the game to know when I’m fighting a champ or node where parry might not or won’t trigger.

there is no visible lag . however parry continues to be unregistered and it registers as a late block as you ve said and get smacked in the face. even initial parry. And it has become hard to land first punch instead of first parry as well. The timing is very off
