Can someone clarify modifiers for me please

Hi I may not be understanding modifiers correctly on aq. Started a new run with a different modifier pre fight it showed would get honor +1500 and bonus 2,000,000 pts.
Once aq had started it now shows as honor +1200 and bonus 1,600,000 pts have I dont something wrong??
