Realm of Champions lore question

So I was reading up on what is available on the lore of the upcoming game RoC and they talk about Civil Warrior there, and in curious is this the same Civil Warrior in this game, or is it one from a different side of the Multiverse?

it’s supposed to be a captain america from a different universe that killed iron man during the civil war, so he combined stark’s tech with his look and shield and became the civil warrior.

.. Yes I know who civil warrior is but I'm asking if the one that's in RoC is gonna be the same as the one is CoC
