Gates from 1* Champs

Do you think it’s fair that Kabam is putting gates on content with champion rarities that are no longer available?
If I sold all the champs in my roster I could easily get back 2-4* champions. I don’t think it’s fair to gate content with champions that cannot be earned through normal in game crystals. Putting a unit crystal in the store is not the same as adding 1* crystals to beginner quest or arenas. I just don’t think it’s unreasonable to request 1* champion crystals to be added to beginner content that is still accessible to end game players. If I need 1* Hulk for Variant 4 I shouldn’t have to try my luck in the unit store. @“Kabam Miike” this seems to me that it is a very reasonable argument. Please allow others to discuss this ongoing issue.

It's more like a paywall for people who don't have the right champs.
The only current way of progressing through it is buying crystals for a chance to get the champs you need.
It’s the node choice to me.
Caustic temper with bleed vulnerability? There aren’t many champs who are poison immune and have fury other than hulk in the 1 Star pool and he sure doesn’t bleed anyone lol.
Biohazard and bleed vulnerability? Same as above except vision and colossus are key here, last time I checked they dont bleed anyone either. 🤷🏽♂️
That’s what’s fishy to me. The paths aren’t that hard. Pretty easy just their choice of nodes makes it really weird
This is no different than trying to get the right Champion for Variants 1-3, but now, you have a low cost Crystal that is permanently available that you can take a chance on whenever you've collected the Units from Quests, Arenas, etc.
Lastly, if you've already had one account banned in the forums, remember that you're not allowed to start a new one.
