Account banned

Hi everyone. Sorry for spamming, i want to know if it's possible to get my account back after i've been banned. I was banned because i used an emulator to play the game after my phone got broken, it was unintentional to "hack", i just wanted to enjoy the game until my phone was repaired. So, i got a permanent ban, i'm sorry for breaking the rules, that was not my intention. So, is there any way that i can get my account back?

    Permanent bans rarely get lifted.

    All you can really do is contact support and request a review, but more than likely you'll have to accept the fact that your account is lost.

    Regardless of your intentions, they will probably say that your use of a mod automatically makes you guilty.

    You didn't use an emulator to just play the game while your phone got repaired, you used it to download an illegitimate .apk file and MOD the game. Don't spread misinformation. You cheated, got caught, no w you start fresh!

    Just contact technical support and let them know how you "accidentally" went on the internet, found a clearly labelled "illegal" emulator, downloaded it, played a mobile game on your PC with it, "hacked" the game with it, got ill-gotten rewards with it, and you are "sorry" and it "will never happen again you promise forever and ever." Make sure to use the quotes, just like in the original post, it shows that you really did not do anything "technically" wrong. It's the only way to get unbanned. Works "every time."
