Getting charged more

Not sure if this has been discussed.. I just bought the 49.99 unit package.. and was charged 65.00 I understand taxes but 15.00! That’s extreme..

    I think the tax is decided upon what country you are in. Different countries have different tax rates. Kabam don't control that I think. Might be wrong

    The taxes are determined by the state u live in. Kabam has nothing to do with it. Apple/Google collect the taxes and pay the state tax. Some states dont charge a tax. I pay a tax if I use my Ipad and dont pay one if I use my android phone.

    Pretty sure NO states (U.S.) have a 30% Sales Tax Rate for digital goods (or ANY goods), even if you add in any additional Local/City Tax.

    Another thread made reference to 2 different paks each charging him an extra $ 24. higher that the list. Maybe that one wasn’t just an isolated error ??

    That's weird, and possibly an app store glitch. I would open a ticket with support on that one.
