Are there multiple servers that make this game run different from other Timezones, States,Countries?

For the last 3 updates I have had an increase in the amount of unresponsive controls. More specifically, not blocking, not dashing back or dexterity, Not dashing forward, special attack button not activating, & a delay in special attack activation that's
long enough for opponent to easily block. This happens in all game modes. These have been posted in the Bugs & known issues discussion. Multiple times. Ive tried the basic troubleshooting.
I have used 3 devices that have the same problem. These 3 new devices I got were to replace older devices with again similar issues. There was a decrease in the problems. It was not a big enough decrease to not be a constant frustration. The biggest difference seen was loading times were shortened immensely.
The last devices I have used are an Iphone XR, Samsung Note 9, & The latest model Ipad Pro. All with current updates. My wifi is >100mbps cable. The unresponsiveness does increase when I am far away from the router. Generally, Im within a few feet of the router when Im settled in to play the game. I have connected the internet directly to my phone with a cord with no change. I still have the problems when Im away from home & use with my cell signal.
I started playing almost 5 years ago. With time you should be getting better, not worse. There was an amount of time when I was able to play the game without these particular issues. I was able to clear content meant for my roster.
I cannot clear the content I should be able to with these persistent problems. I feel can clearly differentiate between the mistakes I make in game vs the glitches.

How is it there are plenty of people that can play this almost glitch free?

Why with 3 different devices & 2 different OS are the glitches the same?

Are there multiple servers that make this game run differently from other
Timezones, States, Countries?

Is there something else more advanced to try to get this game working better?

For myself personally the primary source of lag and other unresponsiveness has come down to heat. If I play long enough in situations where the phone cannot dissipate heat quickly enough, the game starts to get laggy and jumpy probably due to thermal throttling.

I'm not saying that's the cause of all lag and jumpy game play, but it does seem to be the most common source of the problem for me. If the game's jumpy, I notice my phone is always hotter than normal. Cooling off the phone, say by removing it from its case and placing it on a non-insulated cool surface while playing (like a hard wood table), causes the problem to quickly diminish.

I also have this but notice it’s only during high heat. Tried with low screen light and it really worked much better. It may not seems great brightness but with little time to come you get used to it as your eyes will adjust in time

I can confirm last several weeks inputs occasionally fail due to server issues. Not a device problem, not due to overheating or any connection issues. I’ve tried purposely the game on a new iPad Pro and still the same problem. It’s 100% percent on Kabam’s end, at least for me. Suck it like I do and try to keep calm. I’m currently exploring act6.1 with this game outage. It costs and give me frustration, because otherwise it would be itemless content. I’m currently playing on a clean (first and only application ever instaled since brand new is MCOC), with screen light permanent at 10% and I can assure you, that despite the optimal conditions, the game last couple updates has gone laggy.

I've been playing smooth as butter on a Note 9 for the better part of a year. Always in the case, with no lag or heat issues.
It's weird how everybody's experience is different.

That's unlikely because combat can run for a significant amount of time even if the servers straight up disappear, like when you lose connectivity. The game doesn't send inputs to the servers for processing, and server lag cannot in general contribute to game client real-time lag. The servers can only slow down things that require the servers, like opening lootbox-type rewards or applying rank up resources to champions. It cannot in any way cause your device to lose a player input.

If the game fails to get a response to combat telemetry for a long enough period of time, the game disconnects. But short of that, the servers aren't used to process actual fights.

Network issues can be the cause

They use AWS cloud services and a Redis back end for session replication

Oddly enough I've had charging cables cause horrible input problems. Also heat is a major factor.
