What bothers me is i dnt even play arena a lot or any content i dont text a lot. I do 50 60 series in one arena maybe in 3 days. Maybe something else wrong. Cuz some people grinding all arenas. And playing all content they dont suffer from it.
I'm super prone to carpal tunnel and other wrist issues, so I find if I hit arena hard without taking breaks I get really sore.
Usually after a few rounds I'll put the phone down for a minute, roll out my wrists and shoulders, stretch. Just to get the blood flowing before picking back up. I find I play with less pain this way.
Change up your play style. Use a Stylus Pen instead sometimes. Position of right hand with Stylus is less stressful on wrist. But works better on Tablet that can be rested in lap instead of trying to hold phone doing that.
Just make sure your elbows aren’t tucked in at your side and your wrists are in a natural position. Sitting up and adjusting myself has always worked for me.

I find adjusting hand position every few minutes helps prevent muscle fatigue.

I've broken then a few times each from sports and stuff before but man does this game mess them up years down the line
