    capIW. Most will say he needs the dupe but that's for the utility I'd still take up a 5* capIw even unduped to r4 maybe even r5. He still amazing.
    Omega red only if duped and you have suicides otherwise ignore him.
    Dr voodoo like capIW. I had mine unduped for a long time at r4 and he was great even then.
