Which champion should I rank 4?

I am stuck at which champ I should rank 4. I am leaning more towards Nick Fury & Warlock (both are awakened). Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

    Warlock
    Go with warlock, double immunity, good power control, degens , heal block , and a perfect counter to Havok’s plasma.
