Probably suggest going back and finding the main discussion post Kabam made when they first added Global Nodes for AW, and check out what I assume would have been a long discussion thread amongst people related to them. (sorry, don’t have a link to what that Thread would have been)
There are a lot of different ways to play global nodes. It depends on the defenders you have available and the strategic choices that you want to make. If you haven’t organised defenders before in individual BGs, now is probably the time to start doing it or you probably won’t be staying in Tier 5 very long.
Different nodes help you in different ways. For example, Flow affects relatively few defenders but can be powerful with certain defenders on certain nodes. We fought a 5/65 Warlock boss with Flow in the last war and he was an absolute pain, but the impact on the defense generally was far more limited than, say, Dodge with a lot of small defenders. Before the nerf Bulwark was popular with IMIWs on the middle node, but is less so now given you can counter the indestructible buff so easily. It’s about finding what works from you and also learning from the alliances that you fight.
