Longshot Champion Re-balance timeline (nerf)?

So Lagacy's released a video showing how insane Longshot is.... So how long until he's re-balanced (nerfed)? Is the re-balance going to come after everyone's spent tons of money, time and units on arena and featured crystals?!?!?

I can never trust this game to go hard for a new champ every again... trust issues for days :(

    after the crystals, after he's in the basic pool, after everyone (except me) has him, then comes the nerf"rebalence"
    Thats how it usually goes at least...BUT WAIT...
    They announced that there would be no more MAJOR REBALENCES for any champs so were safe????

    He will be rebalanced, so I'm not bothering going for him whether in featured cavs or featured five star crystals. It's just not worth it anymore.

    I'd love to have him but it will be crazy luck if I pull him because I'll only buy a couple crystals. It's hard to say what he'll look like in 6 months.
