Offseason war rating is not frozen in t1

Once again, we have completed a season. Once again, the first offseason war does not have war rating frozen.

We're facing +4/-46, which may mean an easy enough war, but also risks dropping a tier if it goes through and we lose due to weaker players practicing.

Could you let us know when the wars will be frozen again?

    This seems to happen every 1st war of the Off Season. The war ratings display as if the war will count ans come the end it zeros out. Although, I'll be honest in saying it does make me nervous everytime. Same thing in Tier 4 currently so I would assume it's across the board in tiers 1-5.
