Lost >> Account >> Questions >>

Greetings Forum, some days ago a friend of mine was trying to get access to his account, but faced some troubles.
The main thing is, that I should better mind my own business, but I decided to ask here.

As we know we must answer some questions, but what if our issue is a bit out of this 'frames'
And the list is : 1) List of first 2 purchases ; 2) Creation Date ; 3) Location (Country+City) ; 4) The FIRST name of your account ; 5) Kabam ID

And the main problem you may face is: You have never bought anything before, and you don't have any Kabam ID .

So, what can the Summoner do in this situation ?
And here is a short story of how it happened (really don't know if it might be possible or not, but as my friend told - he deleted the game and had another account or something like that, and the account he wanted to get access to was lost somehow)
And the thing is, that this person is still in our alliance, and we just think that he might somehow 'save' his account.

I really don't want to sound like an offencive Summoner or something like that, but just trying to find out if some ways of solving this issue might be found. (and also it might be helpful for some other Summoners who might lost their game-progress)

Thanks for reading, and some 'Summon Magic' to find administrators - @Kabam Miike ; @Kabam Lyra ; @Kabam Vydious .
(and again, I didn't want to sound impolite or rude, if you thought so, I know how hard is Kabam's work, and that they really trying to help everyone fixing bugs and so on, thank again for reading.)

Just tell support you never purchased anything, it's not necessary then
They'll tell you where to find the rest info.

Ehm, don't thing that you understood the main problem of this topic.
    1) Not me, but my friend (so, I don't really need to write anywhere)
    • But yes, he wrote that he 'made no purchases' and ↓
    2) The problem is that their answer was about 'some information is wrong', but the thing is, that he wrote 1-4, because he doesn't have any kabam or google account link ( I really can't understand how is it possible, because when you enter the game your account is auto-linked with your GooglePlay or Apple acc, so. ↓
And it might be only because of 5) part or something like that.

    But thanks for commenting @JohnLocke117
(sometimes I just miss needed info, so, comments might help to add extra lines)

Did he possibly take over someone else's account or buy one? He could try using his email address for the kabam id or current in-game name. Just throwing ideas out there as I have never had this problem.

As far as I know, he used one account for a long time, since the game was avaliable, but he gave it up, and this year he gave it one more chanse, and the problem was, that he sold all his champions and decided to create a new account.

I don't really have any thoughts about email address, because I have never asked him about it, but he thought that the account he created has no Email address and was on his phone, and after he deleted the game he lost access.

It is all I know; thanks @Neotwism for comment

If he doesn’t have a Kabam ID for that account, that means his phone was the only device he had ever played it on, and that the device “internally, in cache or whatever” knows that is the account to use when you open up the game on that device without having to Login. Also, no GameCenter, etc.

So long as he never wiped the cache or such on the phone, he still should be able to install the game again (why did he delete the game ?) and when the game runs again it should by default (ie, NOT doing any Login within game itself or GameCenter) load up the “default” account that the phone still has hanging around internally in cache.

Did you also say he did have multiple accounts ?? If so, then how was he even playing different ones if he didn’t have Kabam ID's for them.

Oh, and also RE your last reply. Which account is he wanting back, the one he had for longer that he sold all his champs before deleting ?? If so, he won’t be able to actually get the champs themselves back, he sold them already.

If it was a 2nd account, then I doubt he would have been able to create a 2nd one unless he had actually created a Kabam ID for it (since otherwise it would have always loaded up that previous (sold champs) account.

Thanks @SummonerNR for comment, really sorry for answering too late, but...
I believe, that a friend of mine gave this idea up, so, there is no need in this topic anymore.
Nothing from this list helped him (after downloading the game again he was dropped into the 'training' menu, idk how is it better to name it.)

And thanks everyone for helping (or just writing advice , thanks)
and, yes, can anyone close this discussion ? @Kabam Lyra ; @Kabam Porthos
