I can't speak for anyone but myself. For me these rewards are great, but then again I only just finished act 5 a week or two ago. I can't imagine what I'll need when I get to 6.4, but for my current roster these rewards are amazing

Why on earth would you want to discuss content you’ve never played? That’s like talking about plumbing when you don’t have the 1st clue about being a plumber. You have no idea to what scale the rewards should be at, because you’ve never reached that point of the game, even when you did play 😂. It’s ridiculous why you are even here. If you ever did a single fight at an endgame level, your point of view would be valid. But if you are a retired player that hasn’t played in months that never even came close to an endgame level, your view not valid.

Please remember to post what you think once you've done an initial completion up to Act 6.3.

If Act 6 is going to be the final Act of MCOC then I will change my position to say that the rewards are actually not bad. But if there's going to be an Act 7 next year or beyond then the rewards are not just sad but dismal beyond despair. If there will be an Act 7 then R5 5*s (15K PI fighting 80-100K nodes 8 to 10 to 15 times per path before a 120-150K boss) will be the same as R4 3*s (2-3K PI fighting 30-50K nodes) being used in Act 6- 6K.
If the intention and purpose of 6*s is to replace the 5*s (as it should be) then the final rewards (completion and exploration) should help prepare for future end-game content, in this case, Act 7.
But if this game stops at Act 6 then maybe these Act 6 final rewards are okay (not great, but okay).
The game isn't stopping at Act 6, although the next phase is probably not coming right away. A Max 5* isn't going to be phased out that easily. We literally just had the introduction of R3 6*s. The Rewards are in proportion to what's currently available, and scaled along the same lines as other Completion and Exploration Rewards, only higher in rank. There's not too many 6* Gems available. Full T5CC, full T5B, a 4-5 Gem....they're not bad.

And with so many trash champs in the 6* pool, I've not been lucky at all to get even 5 good 6*s from the 23 6*s that I have. And of course RNG has totally been on my side because I've awakened 5 of my crappiest 6*s.
The completion rewards should at the very minimum have a 6* random class awakening. That gives us a chance to awaken perhaps one of the few 6*s we have that can go past R2.

Seeing as how a 6* Gem is as rare as it gets, it's logically going to be the Exploration Reward.
Seeing as how you will get the 6* class awakening you actually need is as rare as it gets, it's logical that it should be at least in the Completion Reward.

And what about the rank 2-3 5* gems for completion of the hardest content in game? Or the 4 cav crystals? Have you opened one before (not a dig) but the likelihood you actually get a champion you can even bring in to this content is very slim. A bit sad if you ask me...
