the game excels at a LOT of things but with most games it's always those small things that just annoy most. the fact that you can pull a 6* Kamala is one of them. Progression in the game should reward you better when it comes to the champs you can pull. some of these champs should not be available to Cavalier players, Uncollected etc.
but that's just one thing .. there are a lot of small things that take from the things that the game excels at.
6.5 for me. There are too many champions who don't worth ranking up, there is the recent rebalance fiasco, the spin to win mechanics. But I still like it so hence not below 5.
It has provided me countless hours of entertainment. Only aspect that prevents it from being higher is what I view as poor treatment of its customers that pops its head up from time to time
Its dead centre middle of the road for me. I like the gameplay and the graphics are great but there's just too much of the game that's out of our control the gambling aspect is the reason it's no higher than a 5, at least for me
As mentioned above i have never played a mobile game this long (been here since 2015) only reason im not giving it 10/10 is sometimes the RNG just pisses me off.
Great game overall, would be a 10/10 if they offered a little more roster control for end game players. There are often month long stretches where I don’t pull champions that I am looking for to cover a specific utility.
I've played for a long time. I enjoy most parts of the game, but see it as going downhill for non- or moderate-spenders in terms of remaining competitive. That word is obviously subjective, as is my opinion and rating. I also just cannot stand AW expert map or the global nodes. War used to be something I looked forward to, now it just isn't worth the effort and there is no enjoyment left for me in that game mode.
The art department absolutely crushes it. Character designers have really upped their game over the last 12-18 months. Kabam does seem to lack judgment from time to time, and that will always be an issue. But at least they are acknowledging our concerns these days, even if they are not addressed. Huge step up from the early days of the game.
My only gripes are act 6.2. They need to remove the gates and or make the Champion boss only have 1 indestructible charge. Also, they need an alternative to arena for battlechips. I just don't want to play arena anymore. Lastly, the paywall behind 5 star sig stones is just very discouraging at this point.
