Gates problem ?!!! I Don't know, please help

I can't get (c) gate , why?

    Portal Destination Listbox is a SCROLL BOX. Scroll Up/Down inside where it is showing only A and B, and you will see the other options like C.

    Side note, very interesting that apparently for people setup for Language that reads from Right to Left (Arabic or similar ?) that the whole Portal Panel is on the Left side of screen.
    Otherwise for others that whole panel is always on Right side of screen. 😀
