Is it safe to rank up Namor and Cull yet?

We all know Kabam rebalanced Cull and Namor again. Is doing so, we all know Kabam botched the redistribution.

I'm just trying to find out from someone in Kabam, if it's safe to rank up these champs yet? Can we add sig levels into them? Right now I just got 2 useless champs sitting in my roster cause I don't know if some boogeyman is going to steal them back.

Please can someone in Kabam address this? Is it safe yet? Is there going to be some announcement? It's been several weeks now and silence from Kabam.

I ranked mine up as soon as I got him back and he wasn’t touched afterwards by kabam

Yes. Somewhere in a thread, a moderator said that they were finished with corrections.

If you want confirmation from Kabam I recommend emailing tech support and asking them. They should know more than a mod on the forums plus you will have a paper trail in case something does change.

I do agree with you, unfortunately I've found I get better response from forums than Kabam support.
