[Abyss of Legends] -100% Offensive Ability Accuracy of Skill Champions

Certain interactions with this node do not appear to be functioning as expected. As it is not clear entirely what interactions are as intended or not, the below attempts to detail multiple specific interactions for a few champions relative to their abilities. Can provide videos evidencing each interaction described below if needed.

All tests 2 January, after 4PM PT, subsequent to the January 31 update

Device: iPhone 11 Pro Max
Software Version: 13.3
Game Version: 25.0

Abyssal Enhancement: "The Attacker has -100% Offensive Ability Accuracy except during Special Attacks"

3 Champions Tested: Namor (5R5 sig200), Archangel (5R5 sig160), Omega Red (5R5 sig200)
Other Champions on Attack Team: Aegon, Void
All Champions tested with active Skirmish Charges against a Killmonger (at the 3rd fight after Darkhawk and Luke Cage)

Issue 1: Champions do not strike critical hits during Special Attacks
- This is the case with all three champions
- Testing in duels and other game modes, these champions do have a chance to crit during hits of their special attacks (e.g., Omega Red's SP2)

Issue 2: Interaction with Archangel's Passive
- Archangel's passive states that "Archangel's Ability Accuracy cannot be decreased by his opponent's abilities"
- However:
* Archangel does not strike with critical hits
* Archangel's heavy attack does not inflict bleed [50% chance]

Note: How Archangel is working:
- His special attacks 1/2 do have a chance to inflict bleed or poison
- His special attack 3 does place a neurotoxin and stun on the opponent
- When struck into his block, a bleeding opponent has a chance to receive a poison debuff
- Upon expiry, Neurotoxins do stun the opponent

Issue 3: Certain Namor Abilities not Triggering on Special Attacks, or Triggering Inconsistently

3a) With suicide masteries active; using an SP3 with existing passive Fury does not grant an additional Fury passive
- This interaction occurred while running suicide masteries
^ Used an SP3 with 24 outrage
^ Granted passive Fury
^ Imperius Rex triggered at 30 outrage, granting up to 95% power
^ After combo, used subsequent SP3
No additional passive Fury was granted
Subsequently, used an SP2, which stunned opponent, and initial fury passive expired as continued fight

3b) Subsequent test, without suicide masteries active; Imperius Rex does not trigger power gain
- This interaction occurred with a basic attack tree mastery setup
^ Used an SP3 with 26 outrage
^ Granted passive Fury
^ Imperius Rex triggered at 30 outrage, but did not instantly generate up to 95% of his max power

3c) Namor does not trigger regen on all special attacks
- This interaction occurred with a basic attack tree mastery setup
^ Used an SP1 at 79 hit combo (27 Skirmish charges remaining)
^ Regenerated ~6% health from 12% to 18%
^ Used subsequent SP1 at 94 hit combo (12 Skirmish charges remaining)
^ Namor did not trigger his regen, remained at 16% health before and after special
- Can provide separate / additional example using suicide masteries where Namor is not triggering regen using his SP1

Note: How Namor is working:
- His special attack 1 does have a chance to inflict bleed
- His special attack 2 does have a chance to inflict stun
- His signature ability Hydrokinetic Armor Passive is working such that damage from Killmonger's reverb is sent back to Killmonger as Energy Damage
- Dashing back and holding block when above 15 outrage does activate imperius rex and causes Namor to gain a bar of power
- Launching a heavy attack while imperius rex is active will consume 15 outrage and grant a bar of power
- Can provide videos evidencing this if required

Note: How Omega Red is working [seemingly as I expected, with the exception of (1) above, but provided for completeness]:
- His special attack 1 does Life Steal
- His special attack 2 does emit the Death Field
- His special attack 3 does inflict Essence Steal
- His tentacle hits (M, Heavy, SP1, SP2) do reduce the damage inflicted by Killmonger's reverb
- His heavy attack does not trigger degen
- Death Spores do deal damage to Killmonger when at or above 10
- Death Spores do cause degeneration when the Death Field is active

    I fought Abyss Ex Aegon yesterday on Feb. 2nd and I found two issues.

    I used Aegon to fight the Abyss Ex Aegon and when I threw an L3 special attack, it did not activate the L3 stun. Because Ability Accuracy should not be impacted while throwing a special, should not the stun apply w/o issue? It's part of the L3 special ability, not part of another ability so it should apply.

    Additionally, I attacked the Ex Aegon numerous times and the Ex Aegon's fury counter did not increase (to max 6). Frequently is just refreshed the furies that were currently active. Eventually it got up to 6 but it took numerous hits to get to 2, then 3, etc. Not complaining about this cause it reduces the block damage you may take but it seems that whatever fix was pushed to make sure the -100 AAR didn't get totally disabled after throw the first special seems to have broken these 2 elements - at least when I used Aegon as an attacker

    The consensus I’m seeing in chats are that these fights make little sense now. Things aren’t working, or not working, the way you’d expect from descriptions.

    In relation to the special 3, it’s a long standing issue that isn’t AOL specific. It’s demonstrated in these two duels using Aegon and Namor against Proxima Midnight (her OAAR is substituting for the AOL OAAR). What is happening is the effects present from a hit chained into an s3 carry over to the special 3 in this case OAAR; but this happens with many other effects like Dormammu’s Imbued attacks and Killmonger’s indestructible.

    Additional Note: It seems that when Namor is attacking, his abilities do not trigger (e.g., Imperius Rex); however, if he is blocking or not attacking, the same abilities do trigger. My expectation for offensive ability accuracy vs. other ability accuracy is that such actions would not vary based on the (attack/defense) mode of the champion at such time; however, perhaps this was a way in which he (and other champions) was coded and as such evidences in the videos below and above.

    My explanation, as it relates to this, is that your Aegon starts at 999 combo, so a few things are happening:
    - Because he is over 500 hits, due to Aegon's passive, 'Critical Hits cause Opponents to suffer -100% reduced Defensive Ability Accuracy for Aegon's next hit'
    - This explains why, when you have skirmish charges active, ex-Aegon's furys do not increase up to 6 right away
    - However, note later in the video, after such charges are lost (and you have Warfare charges remaining), ex-Aegon gains +100% (Attack and) Ability Accuracy, and you see that his fury charges refresh to 6 on each hit you land.
    - [this is similar to fighting ex-Thing, where Aegon can disable the increase of rock stacks in the initial stage if >500, but rock stacks increase on every hit in the second stage]

    Note also, that your special attacks are unblockable after critical hits, so those are expressing the full benefit of Aegon's passive abilities (all buffs) for 1K+ combo in your videos.

    As it relates to the SP3 not stunning the opponent, that may be similar to the other bugs noted in this thread.

    I can post some more information but this bug seems to extend to Doctor Doom as well. I fought Korg and Taskmaster. Dr. Doom's Fury and power steal and subsequent stun were inconsistent at best in relation to the Korg fight. I used Aegon for Taskmaster and the only time I could consistently get a prowess for my sp 1 or sp 2 was to use the special attack mid-combo.

    Bump. Have these issues (specially with respect to AA) been addressed? Have expiring t5b and want to know if he is worth ranking for Abyss (mainly KM).
