  I would add to make sure you save your sp2 with hulk for when you have a Fury. Slipped my mind the first fight or two but it makes a huge difference

  Vision is best option for biohazard. Be careful about using Colossus though since his 1* version can be poisoned.
  Hulk is best for caustic Temper path.
