Permanent ban issue

Dear Kabam
I have been playing Marvel Contest Of Champions for last 5 years, spent several hours a day to grow my account.
Recently my account have been blocked permanently without giving any reason.
I have right to know what went wrong with my account.
Therefore I humbly request to reinstate my account, its my years work to get here.
My alliance rely on me and i am suddenly blocked out.
I will appreciate your help in this regard

    I tried bro but no answer my alliance mates got banned too but their accounts came back I don't know what to do

    Bluestrike Mabye if u didn’t hack them that mostly like the reson or u let someone use your account
