new update sucks again

and again after a update there is a new bug, when it snows in the fights my champ moves like i'm on drugs!
serious guys don't you test before releasing a update?
i'm losing fights that normaly can be done with youre eyes closed.
please fix this asap because this sucks

    Hey OP. Sorry that you're getting frame rate drops and lag with weather effects. We have a lot of threads on this right now, so I am going to direct everyone here, and I'll post updates there moving forward. Thanks!
