At what point should I consider saving more resources for taking a 6 Star to Rank 2 over a 5 Star to Rank 5?

I have five Rank 5 champions as 5 Stars (Aegon, NF, Sentinel, Quake, VtD).

I have no viable 6 Star option and it takes me months to get one so is it wiser to just spend those resources on taking good 5 Star champs I have now to Rank 5?

Be patient and wait for an epic 6 Star pull like Corvus that you’ll be able to immediately take to Rank 2

    My opinion is to rank up the champ that will help you in the content you want to do. That could be a 5* to r5 or a 6* to r2. If it’s a champ that needs to be high sig level even with a huge roster it would make more sense to rank a 5*. If it’s a champ you anticipate using for years and they don’t need awakening then rank a 6*. T2a and t5b are more available than ever. Rank who you will use in the near future.

    Don’t waste t5b on a 6* that either needs a dupe or is mid tier. If you get solid options, sure lean towards the 6*, but if you have to choose between say 5/65 Havok and r2 Mephisto, I would go for the better champ, being Havok.

    Only rank a 6 star over a 5* if they’re quite a bit better than any 5* option, they cost more and you probably can’t take them further than r2 for a while

    Thanks guys - I’ll wait until I pop my next 6 star in a few days... if it’s Corvus, I’ll take him to Rank 2. Otherwise, I’ll stick with my 5 Stars.
