Something is wrong with NF evasion charges

I have come across rhis problem a few times before where I get hit while still having the charges (and no enemy had no evasion counter mechanism) . And also the charges disappear somewhere along the fight but not because it saved me or anything.

Today i went to lol with blade and NF charges, i had 3 charges and got hit by a sp2. Why did i get hit with having 3 charges? Not only that, seconds later after getting up (whilst both champs are now far away) all 3 of the evasion charges disappeared.

I request you to take a look at this

    NIcks Evade charges cannot trigger at the same time as a dex, and cannot save you while dashing back. You can get hit if you mistime it there.
    Also, who did you fight in LoL with Blade? Could be some interaction there

    Did you block cuz it states the first 3 unblocked hits have a 100% chance to be evaded

    The block was misstimed so the the charges should have triggered the evade. But not only i got hit but all 3 charges was also spend by the time blade stood up after getting knocked down . If anything why does 3 charges disappear for a 2 part special

    If it doesn't trigger then it should not be spend. That too 3 charges spend for a 2 part special makes no sense. Was fighting red hulk
