At Christmas I opened a GGC and got an awakening gem, pulled a skill. The only 5 star skill I had at the time was Crossbones... pulled nick fury the next day.
Month old account got uncollected, went for the rifts got the 10k Intel, went for the featured got 10k 5* shards, now had 20k plus a featured and got a mutant and science awg, basically..... Pulled domino from featured and got ghost from a basic lol game won
My luckiest was a claire voyant form basic 5 star crystal and a 4 star thing from a featured crystal in May last year (featured crystal with 2,3 and 4 stars).
With both CMM and Aegon I pulled them then was waiting for the next level up or item use or whatever event before using an awakening gem... and duped them before I got the chance.
My 2nd jr account recently completed act 5.4 and part of the loot was a class 5* awakening gem, one 5* crystal and 10,000 5* shards.
So I opened the awakening gem and it landed on a skilled awakening gem...which was nice but the only champ in my roster I could use it on was Night Thrasher
But before I did Consider using the skilled awakening gem I opened the 5* crystal and pulled Havok which was nice.
I then spent my 10,000 5* shards and opened a 2nd crystal and the Kabam casino landed on AEgon!
So I used the skilled awakening gem on him...that was just sensational luck!
Went into red rifts looking for new champs; so used chronometer to target the featured 5*...got Groot which really made my day (not), and I had a random featured which yielded Elektra.
Anyway, I randomly picked up a 5* skill AG followed by back to back 5* Blade and 5* Nick Fury (both from basic shards).
Thought Iβd peaked right there, but the extra intel compensation led to another 10k 5* shards yielding Silver Surfer...and then I targeted the legendary crystal from the tier 3 rifts and popped my first ever 5* from a legendary crystal...Colossus.
My pulls are actually three fold. First was the tech gem I got from variant 4 together with an awakening tech gem. r5 warlock to 100% variant 3 without much revives on the last boss. Then pulled r5 science gem for Thing to 100% variant 2. Which made me pull an r5 mutant gem and awakening gem for omega red, which helped me 100% 5.3 without needing to use any class specific team.
