There are certain handicaps being free to play. But it is possible...it takes hella work! And yes! Strategy! Mine is simple and effective. I have spread a 4 star net so wide that 5 star shards and supplies cannot escape me. The only thing that i think is the problem is obtaining t2a and t5b. I will patently wait until my 5s start awakening to decide who to use those (irritatingly and i believe unfairly!) rare items to rank. But with patience i will manage one savage synergy connected beast of a 5 star team of 6, with one interchangeable choice from all six classes. No hurry here. The finale aspect of this simple plan is to sit, like a general besieging his enemy, strengthening my troops outside the gate to the next level...Cavalier.

They just proved it when Seatin tried to quit and they immediately responded to the community that they are going to make certain changes, whereas ftp players have been screaming with their lungs out and no positive response was received. @SGT_M9 I don't know what a silly beam is. Facts are, it's in the realm of possibility that you can land on the same side 3 times in a row. You also didn't open those consecutively either. They were 3 separate openings. Also, if you pulled Ghost 3 times from 3 5* crystals, what would you say then? RNG is broke? RNG is working as intended? Or it's the patent that nobody can prove is in the game.

Aside from that yes every champ can have a use. But with how greedy kabam is with resources it takes careful consideration to decide who to rank, so yea you want the most bang for your buck and rank champs that have more than just one niche use. But it doesn’t matter cause kabams gonna nerf them down the line anyway.

So, yes you can buy every crystal with money/units cavalier and uncollected crystals have 2-6* champs. And there are those 1* champ crystals in the store
