I have 14 4* star heros and none of them is a mystic. it seems your crystal openings are rigged and it frustrates me everytime . You always cheat us at every opportunity and give us some useless heros of the same class . This makes the game too boring . It's becoming a pay to win game .

    ...I have 26 6*s and one skill champ...it's purely RNG. I would just get used to it.

    It's all RNG. When you open the higher tier crystals or your 4*s get greater in number you will see how it's all randomized in droprates for each class. This game is a gacha game for a reason
