Since you mentioned AW, am I wrong in remembering like a few seasons ago there were these similar issues with connection and other problems. That was the season they canceled like half way through or something right?
Very specifically, onE of our members spent 960 units to complete AQ because of the numerous outages this morning. I know there are significant costs to this for some.
Just for a day from now when we’ll have emergency maintenance once again. To keep us busy during maintenance, lemme ask you all a question. Who’s the most annoying champ to play against in your opinion? For me it’s Mordo.
Everyone screen shot this. This thread is gonna get the kabam treatment And get ghosted. They are gonna water down the situation and give us a horrible compensation.
I don't think anyone would be upset with the Maintenance if they simply
1) Cancelled this week of AQ and gave same rewards as last week and refund all items used. 2) Paused or Ended War Season with final standings from last War 3) Gave us fair compensation
Those things would go a long way to repairing the damage done and winning back the community to allow the game to be fixed.
1 Scheduled Maintenance and 7 Emergency Maintenances in 30 hours is not good and we know they are working hard to fix it.
Yes, we can be frustrated but these are people who are working to fix this for us to play a game. Not the end of the world for us as players.

I agree, they should take action across the board. These issues are now causing frustration in the alliances and we don't want to be losing players as tempers spill over.
Cut them slack? Sure, fine, if this happened once or twice a year, fine.... But seriously? The amount of maintenance we are dealing with is bad for the early 2000s.
At my work, have to maintain 4 9's of uptime for our HEALTHCARE product, and healthcare is notoriously known for being behind in the tech industry. We don't get maintenance windows...we have to do all our updates in a way that don't cause any outages. It's all doable nowadays with the tools out there with the popular cloud platforms like AWS or GCP (ew). AWS lets you canary out new changes and they can easily use containers for their servers, have HA DBs with multiple read replica failovers, disaster recovery plans, and have their infrastructure as code using something like terraform to make this all very easy to scale and manage. Obviously, I am talking high-level but this is how you only have a few hours of downtime A YEAR. Hell, some places do 5 9s and only have 5 minutes of downtime a year. Kabam makes more money than we do in the healthcare enterprise world, and they can't figure this out?
Hey Kabam, please fix this. We can't even play a fight. We can't participate in aw, aq arena and many other stuffs . This is the 5th or 6th emergency maintenance.
