Greer Grant-Nelson was the recipient of two separate sets of superhuman abilities, one scientific and one mystical in nature. As a laboratory assistant to Dr. Joanne Tumolo, Nelson became involved in a physiological conditioning program that would enable a human being to attain his or her full physical and mental potential. Out of financial desperation, Dr. Tumolo had accepted private funding for the project from Malcolm Donalbain, an eccentric who planned to use her conditioning equipment in his nationwide chain of health clubs.
Not trusting the test subject that Donalbain had coerced her to use, Tumolo had Nelson secretly undertake the experiment alongside the other woman. Donalbain's test subject, Shirlee Bryant, and Greer Nelson emerged from the battery of treatments with superhuman physical capabilities. Dressed in one of Donalbain's specially designed cat costumes, Bryant died in a test of her abilities. Nelson donned a stolen costume, and calling herself the Cat, thwarted Donalbain's plans and forced him to commit suicide. Nelson soon learned that Tumolo had not been killed but had been hospitalized for apparent brain damage
Unknown to Nelson, Tumolo was a member of the Cat People, a race of humanoids magically evolved from cats in Europe during the Middle Ages. Prior to the explosion Donalbain had engineered, Tumolo had become aware of a plot by the subversive organization Hydra to steal a bacterial culture that had been developed by Tumolo's ancestors. Hydra had discovered the secret of Tumolo's ancestry and suspected her of possessing the formula for "The Final Secret."
Nelson put on her Cat costume and pursued them. Hydra agents fled from the Cat's attack, but during the confrontation managed to shoot her with "alpha radiation." To save Nelson's life, Tumolo and the Cat People mystically transformed her into the legendary half-human, half-cat warrior they called the Tigra. As Tigra, Nelson helped the Cat People defeat the Hydra agents.
Powers and Abilities
Feline Physiology: Tigra's feline physiology grants her a number of superhuman physical capabilities.

Since it seems that you guys are determined to focus on obscure champs, I'd like to suggest looking into Carmilla Black, aka Scorpion. She's an interesting Shield agent with the ability to absorb any form of toxins/poisons/radiation and store it on her arm and redirect it against her opponents through physical contact. Whenever she's exposed to smoke, nerve gas, nuclear radiation, her body neutralizes it. At first, she had trouble being around people because they would get sick due to her "stinger" (her arm) but eventually she received a gauntlet from Shield that helps her control the exposure.
She was able to take down World War Hulk temporarily by absorbing a specialized toxin developed by Shield to counteract Hulk's regeneration.

I think she would be an amazing addition to MCOC as she could have special debuff that takes poison or "disorient" debuffs and transform them into a specialize (or enhanced) poison that affect poison immune champs. This would make her a counter to Abomination, Archangel's neurotoxins, Fury's/Night Thrasher's/Massacre's disorient debuff. Another cool feature she could have a "toxic proximity" debuff (similar to Omega Red's deathfield" that activates once she preforms a special #3. There's more that could be added to her kit but I mainly wanted to get her on the kabam team's radar.
P.S. since she's a Shield agent, she could have great synergies with Quake, X-23, Black Widow, Nick Fury.

Forms
Beta Ray Bill starts with 5 persistent charges, can be in one of two forms when fighting, his worthy form and Unworthy Form, and begins the first fight in his worthy form. A persistent charge is consumed for every fight that Bill is in Worthy Form. persistent charges are not consumed when in Unworthy Form. For every #villain Bill defeats, he gains a persistent charge. If a form is not chosen, Bill will default to Worthy Form.
Worthy Form: With the power of Stormbreaker, Beta Ray Bill attacks with powerful blows that have the power to inflict a shock debuff on every 5th hit of his combo. Each shock debuff deals 400 damage over 3 seconds (max stacks: 10 at one time). once the debuff ends, is shrugged off or purified in any way, the opponent gains a dormant shock , which can stack up to 75 charges (minimum 20). By activating a Special Attack 3, all dormant shocks are converted into The Might of Stormbreaker, a passive shock dealing a base 50,000 damage over 20 seconds, with each additional shock charge increasing damage by 7%. While The Might of Stormbreaker is active, Bill has a 15% chance to stun the opponent for 2 seconds on his basic attacks (This chance is halved when fighting champions of the Science class).
Unworthy Form: Bill is unable to lift Stormbreaker, so he takes matters into his own hands. Gains a fury, increasing damage by 100% lasting for 5 seconds, refreshing when Bill strikes the opponent. If the fury is lost, a cooldown of 10 seconds occurs before reactivating. Basic hits increase Bill's critical rating by 1% (max stacks: 50%). Additionally, Beta Ray Bill's heavy attacks inflict a stagger on the opponent for 7 seconds (max stacks: 5).

Beta Ray Bill gets a little help from Thor, dealing powerful blows before a final attack together with Mjolnir and Stormbreaker
Worthy Form: When the opponent has 20 or more dormant shocks, The Might of Stormbreaker activates. Beta Ray Bill power drains the opponent, draining a bar of power each for every 25 dormant shocks.
Unworthy Form: Inflicts a concussion debuff, reducing ability accuracy by 90% for 20 seconds. Attacking the opponent while under the effects of the concussion debuff grants a 50% chance of going unblockable on critical attacks.

Drax: When performing a heavy attack, 30% chance to gain cruelty buff, increasing critical damage rating by 2500. Gamora: Godslayer Strike recharges 30% faster. Groot: When performing a heavy attack, All pacifism charges are consumed. +10 percent potency for each buff active. Rocket Raccoon: +600 Block Proficiency, all shield system charges are doubled. Hi everyone, this is my first draft of Beta Ray Bill. He's my favourite Marvel character, and my most requested to be in the game. Beta Ray Bill's known to be a powerhouse, rivalling Thor in power in almost every encounter, and being part of the Annihilators, one of the most powerful teams in Marvel (I fact-checked this with a random article, so I might be wrong). For Beta Ray Bill, I wanted him to live up to the might of a being worthy to lift Mjolnir, but I also wanted to incorporate his skills in hand to hand combat (hence the two forms). Beta Ray Bill's affiliations with characters in the contest are mostly with, for lack of a better word, bad champions. His history with the synergy members listed gives me a chance to buff a lot of champions to get a more offensive edge. You may have noticed a lot of synergies with O.G Thor. That's due to how intertwined Beta Ray Bill's story is with Thor, and the best way to show that is through synergies.

Vespa Magnifica backs away on a cloud of assorted Bees as she does this she has some of her bees attack the opponent, after which she has her bees in circle her as she rames into the opponent.
This attack places 5 Bee Stings.

Vespa Magnifica uses her bees to propel towards her enemy using her opponent to break her fall then jumps off of the opponent as the bees she used to propel at the opponent then fly into the opponent.
This attack places 3 Wasp stings on the opponent, if this attack is blocked the opponent is stunned for 3 seconds.
Special 3
Vespa Magnifica uses her bees to slowly incircle her opponent lifting them into the air stinging them as they form around and above the opponent and then come crashing down onto the opponent.
This attack places 1 permanent Hornet sting.

Champs that need some small changes:
Angela & Hela - should get poison immunity as they are both asgardian and siblings of Thor so why is Thor poison immune but they are not?
Since it seems that you guys are determined to focus on obscure champs, I'd like to suggest looking into Carmilla Black, aka Scorpion. She's an interesting Shield agent with the ability to absorb any form of toxins/poisons/radiation and store it on her arm and redirect it against her opponents through physical contact. Whenever she's exposed to smoke, nerve gas, nuclear radiation, her body neutralizes it. At first, she had trouble being around people because they would get sick due to her "stinger" (her arm) but eventually she received a gauntlet from Shield that helps her control the exposure.
She was able to take down World War Hulk temporarily by absorbing a specialized toxin developed by Shield to counteract Hulk's regeneration.

I think she would be an amazing addition to MCOC as she could have special debuff that takes poison or "disorient" debuffs and transform them into a specialize (or enhanced) poison that affect poison immune champs. This would make her a counter to Abomination, Archangel's neurotoxins, Fury's/Night Thrasher's/Massacre's disorient debuff. Another cool feature she could have a "toxic proximity" debuff (similar to Omega Red's deathfield" that activates once she preforms a special #3. There's more that could be added to her kit but I mainly wanted to get her on the kabam team's radar.
P.S. since she's a Shield agent, she could have great synergies with Quake, X-23, Black Widow, Nick Fury.

Beta Ray Bill starts with 5 persistent charges, can be in one of two forms when fighting, his worthy form and Unworthy Form, and begins the first fight in his worthy form. A persistent charge is consumed for every fight that Bill is in Worthy Form. persistent charges are not consumed when in Unworthy Form. For every #villain Bill defeats, he gains a persistent charge. If a form is not chosen, Bill will default to Worthy Form.Worthy Form: With the power of Stormbreaker, Beta Ray Bill attacks with powerful blows that have the power to inflict a shock debuff on every 5th hit of his combo. Each shock debuff deals 400 damage over 3 seconds (max stacks: 10 at one time). once the debuff ends, is shrugged off or purified in any way, the opponent gains a dormant shock , which can stack up to 75 charges (minimum 20). By activating a Special Attack 3, all dormant shocks are converted into The Might of Stormbreaker, a passive shock dealing a base 50,000 damage over 20 seconds, with each additional shock charge increasing damage by 7%. While The Might of Stormbreaker is active, Bill has a 15% chance to stun the opponent for 2 seconds on his basic attacks (This chance is halved when fighting champions of the Science class).
Unworthy Form: Bill is unable to lift Stormbreaker, so he takes matters into his own hands. Gains a fury, increasing damage by 100% lasting for 5 seconds, refreshing when Bill strikes the opponent. If the fury is lost, a cooldown of 10 seconds occurs before reactivating. Basic hits increase Bill's critical rating by 1% (max stacks: 50%). Additionally, Beta Ray Bill's heavy attacks inflict a stagger on the opponent for 7 seconds (max stacks: 5).

Beta Ray bill hurls Stormbreaker, before headbutting the opponent, followed by a final swing with StormbreakerWorthy Form: Stuns the opponent for 4 seconds. Inflicts a shock debuff on opponent, dealing 2000 damage over 4 seconds, and places 5 dormant shock charges on the opponent. Attacking the opponent when stunned power burns the opponent of 2% of their power.
Unworthy Form: Stuns the opponent for 4 seconds. Inflicts concussion, reducing enemy ability accuracy by 70% for 10 seconds. Attacking the opponent with medium attacks while both debuffs are active places staggers on the opponent, lasting 7 seconds. (max stacks: 5)

Beta Ray Bill strikes the opponent, sending them into the air, before striking them down with lightningWorthy Form: Stuns the opponent for 6 seconds. Attacking the opponent while stunned grants Bill +15% offensive power rate, and 50% chance on all attacks to place 1 dormant shock on the opponent.
Unworthy Form: Stuns the opponent for 6 seconds. Bill gains a Cruelty buff, increasing critical damage by 2434 for 15 seconds. Attacking the opponent when stunned grants Bill 100% chance to deal critical hits.

Beta Ray Bill gets a little help from Thor, dealing powerful blows before a final attack together with Mjolnir and StormbreakerWorthy Form: When the opponent has 20 or more dormant shocks, The Might of Stormbreaker activates. Beta Ray Bill power drains the opponent, draining a bar of power each for every 25 dormant shocks.
Unworthy Form: Inflicts a concussion debuff, reducing ability accuracy by 90% for 20 seconds. Attacking the opponent while under the effects of the concussion debuff grants a 50% chance of going unblockable on critical attacks.

Hi everyone, this is my first draft of Beta Ray Bill. He's my favourite Marvel character, and my most requested to be in the game. Beta Ray Bill's known to be a powerhouse, rivalling Thor in power in almost every encounter, and being part of the Annihilators, one of the most powerful teams in Marvel (I fact-checked this with a random article, so I might be wrong).For Beta Ray Bill, I wanted him to live up to the might of a being worthy to lift Mjolnir, but I also wanted to incorporate his skills in hand to hand combat (hence the two forms). Beta Ray Bill's affiliations with characters in the contest are mostly with, for lack of a better word, bad champions. His history with the synergy members listed gives me a chance to buff a lot of champions to get a more offensive edge.
You may have noticed a lot of synergies with O.G Thor. That's due to how intertwined Beta Ray Bill's story is with Thor, and the best way to show that is through synergies.
