**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.

There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.
Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

THIS is a great idea. With IOS11 coming out, hundreds of bugs, 6-stars, and everything else that is going on, they HAVE to be so stretched thin that they are unable to get anything done. Their issue tracker is probably a mess and they need to just do rehashed old content for event quests and run some halls of healing and gold realms for the next few months while bringing stability to the game by actually resolving the bugs in their issue tracker.
The business that demands it's customers treat them with respect before they treat their customers respectfully goes out of business. FYI.
PS: I don't think the OP was remotely disrespectful and i also that his question is completely valid. Furthermore, if a company makes a mistake, it is easy to forgive if they own their mistake and attempt to rectify it. That sort of action breeds loyal customers. Kabam should consider this an opportunity more than anything else.
