    Let Hulk's Furies Stack (as in All his Furies, right now each of his separate Ability Furies can stack but you can only have 1 Fury from each Ability) like come on his Whole Thing is he has *Limitless* Strength.

    One very low performance champ that would immediately become very interesting with a single zero is OG Captain America.

    Blocking: 400% chance that a Block is a Perfect Block, reducing damage to zero.

    So you could do something game breaking to an already great character such as adding a 0 to the percent in Ægon's sig ability. I mean, who doesn't want to gain more persistent charges than hits they give? His speed up would be much faster. As for actual bad characters, how about adding a zero to the amount of energy damage Electro sends back? He would be even more annoying on defense. Or maybe a zero to Champion's unstoppable length. There are a lot of crazy things you can do.
