Can this team do an initial completion run in Variant 5?

Unfortunately, I'm lacking in the Spider-Verse and Symbiote champions of MCOC, but I do have a 4/55 Sym Supreme. I tried Chapter 1 Quest 1 but the block damage killed my feeble champions. Unfortunately, my best Spider-Verse and Symbiote champions are both 5/50 4 stars (Stark Spidey and Carnage) and my best mystics other than my 4/55 Sym Supreme are 5/50 Doom and Ghost Rider. Do I have a chance? I feel like if I power my way through chapter 1, the other chapters won't be as bad. Thoughts?

    Piggybacking on this thread; can this team do a run-through? What will be the toughest challenges?

    probably yes, but it will cost u as they hit super hard later on and sparky have to be perfect not taking any blocked hits. SS will do great and doom has good block proficiency. its new content theres no need to finish it in the first day. keep working towards it and youll be able to get it easier later. that said the rewards are amazing so if u super skilled it might be worth it

    Literally used same team, all maxed 5* doom instead of double SS for most quests. pick the paths u feel most comfortable with and u can do it item less playing reasonably well. avoid taking blocked hits or grind som WS if needed potions. enjoy

    @pokimjko I desperately want a 5* Doom; been saving an AG for him for ages. Now that I’m into higher content, I’ve got to work on my intercept game and stop relying on parry so much. Cheers!

    Definitely I did my completion with literally that same team but stealth as a r4 and no voodoo

    I think there's a 90% armor path in the first quest which is vtd food..I tried mine and he was pretty good(only 4* r4)

    First quest and i see champs with very difficult to evade specials such as bishop, p99, and wm? Not even allowed to bring other champs with weakness. I even have vtd but at r3 two blocked specials and hes already dead. Seems like another Variant 1 so far

    You brought a r3 and are surprised that he gets ground down? This variant is closer to v4 than v1 in terms of difficulty. Get that VtD to rank 4 or 5 amd crush it
    Not going to r4 let alone r5 a champion that is built on both Rampup and RNG. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to sit there and dance around like a headless chicken for several minutes only to still not get the buffs you want. I explored v2 without him. Hype/cmm/corvus are in a completely different league than this cosmic class Blade (overrated)

    after 1.1 its getting easier. playin my way thru right now and theres nothing too crazy for completion. on the other hand i got a stacked mystic roster with me (r5 bwcv, r5 doom, r5 ss) and 6star vtd with 4 star venom...
    so u really want some of those champs

    Because V2-4 were aimed at Endgame players a year ago, where a bunch of champs weren't available, and rosters weren't as powerful.

    V5 is aimed at Endgame players of 2020. In 2021 V5 will feel closer to how V4 feels today. That's the game progression.
