Most generally powerful SP3?

Which champion do you think has the most generally powerful SP3? And by "generally" i mean in any given situation no matter which buffs, debuffs etc the champion or the opponent might have, and no matter which opponent they're facing.

I would go for either Havok or Storm (Pyramid X)

    Havok, proxima with all missions, storm px with lots of prowess, and probably 1st place guillotine unless souls count as buffs or debuffs in your book.

    Yes, this. OG Hulk has taken me from 92% to ko’ed. The match was a 5400 PI Killmonger against a 4000 PI Hulk. Made no sense to me, But whatever.

    Other than that, it’s got to be Havok or Doom

    Def not Proxima, sometimes she only deals 25% in damage with SP3, not even close to the ~70-80% that Havok consistantly delivers no matter the opponent.

    I once did +507k with proxima 5r5 (not even max sig.; no suicides)
    500.000 on 1 hit.

    But Proxima doesn't deliver a generally high damage on SP3 no matter who the opponent is and no matter which buffs, debuffs etc they have.

    Her SP3 can do a lot of damage against some champions, but sometimes her SP3 only causes 25-50% damage.

    I'm pretty sure the SP3 states that it automatically KO's the opponent no matter what.
