Is there a chart somewhere that shows how many points you earn 100% each map throughout a cycle?

    Meaning if my alliance does 5x Map 4 and 100% throughout the cycle we will get a minimum of xx points

    Depends on your Alliance's Prestige.
    Prestige is what sets the strength rating (and thus the points) of the AQ map nodes.

    But the Auntm.ai site (search others here for exact link) is a good source for game info like this.
