white magneto special bugged?

his specials are wrong the special 1 is doing the special 2 animation and the special 2 is doing the special 1 animation. is it supposed to be like that?

    It took me by surprise tbh. Didn't expect him to throw those, and it threw of my evasion cycle. I know it's so for Xneto, but what of Redneto?

    It was mentioned that Magneto Now aka House of X special sp1 and sp2 were switched.. it is exactly what Kabam had in mind.. the bug is with his re-fight ability of passive stun not working right.. if kabam mentioned that it was a rng % that passive stun will activate (it would be an awful buff), but since it didn't state passive stun is % rng based.. it should more or less be dependable.. but its not hence the bug.. I believe this needs to be fixed.. whether name stays Magneto Now or Magneto House of X is irrelevant for me.
