Ghost rider tweak

This is basically just a strong opinion of mine and a few others I've talked with, I think ghost riders immunities should be tweaked, he's a spirit who is literally on fire, but isn't immune to cold snap or incinerate, he shouldn't really take degeneration since he can't exactly die himself from characters in comics and the movies that have tried to kill him like that, and how do you poison a spirit, it doesn't exactly make sense, other than that, I love the game and it's content, so kabam, keep doing an amazing job
