Decreased unit payout from Battle Chips or random loss??

I always cash in my Battle Chips at 500,000 and always get around 1000 units in exchange. Today i only got 780. Have the unit payout been decreased somehow or did i just lose out randomly?

    Definitely random. This is 15 regular arena crystals (30k BC).

    When you say “AROUND” 1000, don’t you feel that 780 is definitely within the range of sometimes being higher and sometimes being lower ??

    It’s not as if you only got 200 out of it. And actually 1000 over 50x greater crystals is above average as it is (it’s actually more like an average of 750, if I’m looking at DNA's mega analysis correctly).

    (slight correction... didn’t factor the higher 225 units potential drop vs lower 75 potential units correctly)..
    Average over 50x greater's is about 900.
    Or about 180 average per each 10x greater UC crystals (which now matches what DNA calculated too).

    FYI, that equates to average of 36 units per 10x Lesser crystals too (where 15 and 45 Units are the potential drop increments).

    Still, 780 over 50x still definitely within range.
