forced pop up purchase

I don't know if anyone has had this happen or what to do. I was opening catalyst part crystals and the "top up"purchase pop-up came up, but when i went to tap the screen to get rid off it, it forced the purchase. I don't have the units to spare to this kind of thing. Any chance i can get them back and remove the catalyst parts?

    This would be something our Support Team could lend a hand with. If you go to the game's home screen, there will be a gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen. If you click it and then scroll down to the button labeled "Support", you'll be able to contact our Support Team to ask for assistance. Hope that helps!

    When I did this. I had to know the date the account was created. Exact date. Exact date of some purchases an some other stuff it took me couple weeks to get it refunded bc I couldn’t remember exact dates.

    Thanks Zibiit,i sent in my support request, just wanted to cover all my bases by posting on here as well.

    Thanks a ton, I'll definitely start running research on my account. Been playing for over 5 years, so that'll be a good chunk of time to sift through

    Might message them first. That was a little bit ago but just trying to give heads up encase you do because it was a nightmare for me.
