So I logged into the game and it told me to do a survey, so I did it but it kept telling me to complete question 9. I tried at least 15 times but was unable to.

The surveys are hosted by surveymonkey. I'm not sure if Kabam would be able to help you with glitches to how the web forms work, as that is a different organization doing the survey work for them.
