How long does it take to get a reply from the support team... I sent a ticket 13hours ago and still haven't got a reply from them

    Okay I'm in no rush, I just thought it was weird cos I normally get replies within 2-3hrs before now.

    Sent in a ticket about 12 hours ago because I used the wrong resources on my human torch. Wanted to get it reversed before level up ends, but apparently that's not happening.
