If you are referring to the vivified node that node cannot be affected by Power Drain, Power Steal, or Power Burn effects, but other forms of power control work for example power lock.
I'd say an extremly skilled Stealth spidey /Sorcerer supreme player could take that. Only two non science slow champions. Get rid of his rock stacks, apply slow, then hit his block. Sorcerer supreme would probably be better, starting off with a sp3 in slow stance would be great and her energy attacks would be brilliant for dealing with the thorns. Once his rock stacks refresh at 1 the fight is much much simpler, but would be a long one.

Add invade (only for defender),brute force and biohazard to make it fun
Why not add:
"Both the defender and attacker take no damage whatsoever"
Aarkus. Shock 60 Caustic Temper Freezerburn Biohazard (Add true strike if you figure out a way to quake Aarkus)
Tigra. Vivified Aspect of Death Defensive Sp2 Bias Starburst
Heimdall. Power Start 2 Power Focus 2 Aggressive Unblockable Specials Aspect of Death (This is probably the only doable fight without a miracle)
Mr. Sinister Crit Me With Your Best Shot 90% Crit Resistance 200% Recovery Force Of Will
Magneto (Red) 90% Energy Resistance Power Shield All or Nothing Matador Mighty Charge - 3 Delirum Electric Fluctuations - 3 (Force of Will if you wanna completely seal the deal)
