The weirdest t5cc fragment bug i have ever seen

Few days back, i was wondering from where the t5cc fragments came on my alt account.(Keep in mind my alt account has completed act3 only. xD) Then, today on my main account, i got t5cc tech fragments from GGC and checked how many fragments i have. Then, logged onto my alt account to check how many i have there. It was increased and is the same amount.
Look at this. When t5cc fragments increases on my main account, it increases on my alt account as well. That's right. DIrectly proportional to each other. This has to be some kinda bug lol.
