Gifting Alliance Rewards question.

I joined a new alliance before the current gifting event started. It says I'm not eligible for alliance rewards until about 6 hours before the event ends. Ok, that is what it is I guess. My question is, will I get credit for all of the gifting I've done during this even prior to that time or am I just SOL? Also, will the alliance then get credit toward rank rewards for all the gifting I've done?

    No. Gifting isn't retroactive. It'll pick up when you become eligible.

    it means don't spend a dime until 5 hours left in the event, then go ham gifting ggcs to every member of your alliance to catch up on them points.

    or come back next year, a little wiser.
    Nope, im pretty sure he won't be able to claim any milestones reached in the alliance prior to him being able to add to it.

    Pretty sure that once the 14 day mark is hit, and he THEN starts doing MORE gifting (only his gifting done afterward will count toward Ally Event points), that he should be able to claim the various Milestones that Ally had previously reached before his 14 day mark.

    Just that the Milestones would only be based on his points he put up AFTER the 14 day mark (the individual requirement part that is also on each milestone).

    What a load of ****! Looks like I got Kabammed. It is what it is I guess. I understand that there has to be some restrictions after the gifting debacle last year but I really don't get this particlular rule. Seems like they're punishing summoners for silly stuff.
