Kabam Support not helping to use my expiring Generic Rank up gem

My Generic Rankup gem is expiring in 2 days and Kabam support is refusing to help. They telling me to use science rank up gem while I have a Generic expiring.

please help @Kabam Miike @Kabam Zibiit @Kabam Vydious I don’t want to waste my science rankup while i have generic expiring.

Please do something.

    Well it goes directly against what mods have said before which is stupid. I guess try again. Support is just a roulette

    If they made them usable from the item screen like awakening gems it would solve all the problems.

    They do. I’ve been using class and generics straight from the item menu all the time.

    I think (I hope) that they are still looking into changing the in-game method for some point in the future.

    But I have a feeling that because there are SO MANY people now having this situation (with sooo many Rankup Gems out there nowadays and more ppl doing Variants) that they may have put an end to individually helping ppl out (having Support do it themselves on behalf of everyone), otherwise Support would be spending way too much time every day now on just this type of Support issue alone because of the number of requests to do that.

    Before, it was much fewer people looking to do that, and so wasn’t as much a drain on the Support Dept.

    They will not help you on this issue no matter how many requests you made to them.
    I don't know when they are going to fix this.

    I really don't understand why they don't make it an option to specify what rankup gem you want to use. It would be easier for both the player and the support team.

    I ran into this a few times but support always told me to use the class gem and they would switch out the generic for a new class gem. Haven’t had any problems doing that so far. They have always been pretty quick to do the exchange for me once I ranked up the champ I wanted. Maybe word it like that?
