  did you send 4 gifting crystals to 4 different people?

  Did you select 4 for the count, and then choose 4 different people in your friends/Ally list as to who gets them ?
  
  If so, that would have been 4 crystals each, or 16 in total, costing 240 Units.
  
  The count is for how many to EACH person selected.
  
  Doubt you can get that refunded, the recipients have already received them and probably opened them. But you could confirm that with them, ask them whether that was the case (received 4) or not.

  Sounds like someone is making a very clear and simple mistake. Sucks for you, but nobody is being overcharged.
