I wasn't able to open my Holiday Gift in time

Hi, as the title suggests, I wasn't able to open my Holiday Gift which I held on to thinking it would open automatically. What can I do now. Just heard from others that they got an in game mail on how to open but I don't remember getting that. So now my gift is just floating in my inventory. What a waste.

    That's actually quite funny. At least I have 1 more memento to remember the year that never happened.😂
