Civil warrior buff ideas
Sig
If the enemy is stunned gain 100% chance not to miss for 10 seconds after the stun
This will last for 15 seconds instead
On heavy gain 100% chance to power drain the opponent for 30% of max power this has a cool down of 60 seconds
The cool down goes to 30 seconds if at max sig
If you end a combo with a light attack gain a 100% chance to crit on the attack
This is not affected by sig level
All regeneration is increased by 20% flat meaning if 5 sp1s are thrown in the quest you still have 20% regen this will go up to 25% on sig 200 5 star
Passive
300 physical protection
600 energy protection
Immunity to armour break and shatter
Basic hits
100% chance to steal 1% of the opponents max power when attacking with a medium
20% of a physical attacks damage is turned into red energy damage
Heavy
Inflict 10 second passive heal block if they are healing
If not inflict a non stacking armour break reducing armour by 500
Sp1
Gain 1 armour up
For each armour up regen is reduced by 20% but damage over time debuffs are reduced by 20% as well
These armour ups can not be removed and are carried through fights
Each armour up grants 100 armour
While powering up gain a burst of health equivalent to 30% of max health this is reduce by armour
Sp2
Opponent is special locked and can not activate it for 6 seconds
Opponent is power drained for 30% of max power
Gain a cruelty of 500 and a precision of 1000 both lasting 10 seconds
Sp3
Gain back 1 bar of power after the attack
Any regen that comes in the next 10 seconds is tripled but this gives the player 3 armour ups making it so that if the player is awakened they can get at least 60% of that heal from sp1
This inflicts a stun for 2 seconds
As well if the player does not throw the sp1 during the regen period then gain a fury granting 50% of base attack

Basic hits get ignore 200 block proficiency
Civil warrior with iron man classic, superior and infinity war
All Iron men except civil warrior and infinity war gain a permanent + 50% energy damage
Civil warrior
Plus 5 percent block proficiency
Infinity war
Plasma lasts 50% longer and can be refreshed through block
Civil warrior with winter soldier
Civil warrior gain a permanent 30% chance to perfect block and on a perfect parry 20% of base damage is dealt to the opponent
Winter soldier on heavy inflict a bleed dealing 100% of modified attacl
Civil warrior with hulk classic and thor classic
Civil warrior gains + 1 second to any debuffs
Hulk classic fury buffs are stackable but stun reduction is 50%
Thor classic
Any hit has a 20% chance per fury buff to shock the opponent for 150% of modified attack this can not stack but it is refreshed
civil warrior and falcon
Civil warrior gain 20% potency to any buff on himself
Falcon
Any basic hit has a 20% chance to give a cruelty
