So I got my tokens today and must have hit the wrong difficulty. Didn’t realize till I was already in and beat 2-3 characters and was wondering why it seemed such a harder difficulty. I stopped moving forward I didn’t even get a ticket yet so I could email you guys and refund my token to go to epic difficulty. I made sure not to finish or continue any further. Or do I need to exit the event?

    Also had a very tough time finding a way to even contact you guys was a nightmare... had to download Firefox to my phone just to create this thread.

    I’ve spent an embarrassing amount on this game the last 5+ years. I didn’t get any tickets and as soon as I realized I was in the wrong difficulty I stopped playing. The time, money and effort I’ve put into this game there is no excuse they can’t let me back out and give me another token. Also I’ve never contacted them for any problems although there have been many. If my 5* awakening gem didn’t hinge on this token I wouldn’t have even said anything they gotta be able to do something for me? The sooner the better, I’m stuck on the map not wanting to exit... can somebody from kabam please help?

    Posting the thread here is not actually contacting Kabam Support. The Kabam Moderators in Forum here can not help with individual account issues.

    Need to go to the Support website, and click on “Submit a Request” to create a Support Ticket...

    Dude I’ve been trying to do that the last 5 hours! Thanks man I really appreciate it. I sent a request. Hope they accept it or I’ll be quitting playing this game and never spend another dime on it again!

    Tickets wont do anything, i tried with no luck. I left them a suggestion to add 1 token through a daily cav offer since loads of people made accidental mistakes. The event is really punishing if you mess up

    It’s funny they wouldn’t refund a ticket but they’re gonna refund all these other peoples feathers? Yet tell me it’s unfair to other summoners to refund my stuff but they’ll help other people refunding these feathers?

    I still have yet to spend money. I used to buy crystals all the times. I refuse now.
