    The only thing that won't be as reliable as you'd want it is shrugging debuffs. The rest of his kit will be fine

    Ideally you'll want him at sig 200 but at 165 he'll have a 87% chance to apply the armor breaks and petrifies and other stuff so that's a pretty high chance that could make it trigger every time.
